The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Exams to fill various posts in the Indian Railways.
Opening & Closing of online registration of Applications: 14.9.2024 to 13.10.2024.
Educational Qualification: University Degree or its equivalent as on the closing date for ONLINE Registration. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed minimum educational qualification SHOULD NOT apply.
Age limit: 18 to 36 years (Category-wise age relaxation is allowed as per rules).

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern: The RRB NTPC Exam consists of the following stages:
1) CBT Stage – 1
2) CBT Stage – 2
3) Skill / Aptitude Test
EXAM PATTERN
CBT Stage-1:
[1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) – Common for all notified posts of CEN 05/2024]
CBT Stage-2:
NB: Negative marking: 1/3rd for each wrong answer (for both CBT Stage 1 & 2)
SKILL TEST/ APTITUDE TEST REQUIREMENTS:
NB: Candidates can apply to only one RRB. Application to more than one RRB, will lead to rejection of all the applications. Any attempt to submit more than one application.
Choice of Exam Language: English is the default language. In case the candidate wishes to choose any other language, then the same can be selected from the drop down list of languages. The languages listed are Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
Medical Examination: Candidates will have to pass requisite physical fitness test conducted by the Railway Administration to ensure that they are medically fit to carry out duties connected to the post opted by them. Visual Acuity Standard is one of the important criteria of medical fitness of railway staff.
